Tala
Senior Frontend Developer- Build internal customer-support and collections tools for a lending business, including workflows for overdue repayments and partner-serviced borrowers.
- Built the frontend and interaction flow for loan-data correction requests, replacing spreadsheet handoffs with an in-application request, review and audit flow.
- Built login and role controls for partner-facing work, integrated customer profiles and loan details, and helped migrate React screens to Next.js with server-side rendering. I also contribute API and authentication changes.
- Built shared React component structure and a common theme for the support and partner-facing applications, implementing Figma designs with reusable props and patterns as adoption grew.

Application Development Senior Analyst- Connected an undocumented dispatch keyboard to a React rapid-response system by working out its key combinations and mapping them to Redux Saga actions for emergency-resource requests.
- Built parts of a Node.js and React reporting application that retrieved data from client APIs, formatted large Excel reports and let users select a report and date range. Also contributed briefly to an Angular application for theme-park operations.

- I built booking, rescheduling and cancellation through WhatsApp Cloud API, with Mercado Pago checkout, Stripe business subscriptions and Resend email.

Appointments, personalized nutrition plans, exercise scheduling, progress tracking and a patient portal with food-substitution requests.
- I work across React and Convex, including care-team access, organization roles and patient invitations. NOM-004 and NOM-024 are design references for clinical records and electronic health information.

Event-business operations covering leads, proposal versions, pricing, inventory and event closeout.
- I built the operational flows and work on the web product, shared Convex backend, native Swift/SwiftUI iPhone client and Cloudflare media pipeline.

A hospitality website with content-management and reservation workflows for staff.
- I built tools to update public information, create reservations and handle check-in and check-out, with backend checks for overlapping bookings.
